[Promotion-technology] Technology from the State on Loan?

In Minnesota, we the state agency for the blind have a program, in
conjunction with teachers of visually impaired children where we loan
out some stuff for kids to try. We have no such program for seniors
though -- there just aren't the funds. Senior services on the state
and federal levels are under-funded.
