You won't ever find a Somali language screen reader.  It might be possible 
to find Arabic adaptations for Jaws.  If the Somalians in your class speak 
Swahili, there might be a screen reader possibility.

A Somalian should at least speak some English.  Somali land was broken up 
into several caricature enclaves by the French, British, and Italian 
colonial or semi-colonial powers.  Find out which one your student(s) grew 
up in.
