Beyond Vision is searching for an HR Generalist to help drive and
coordinate our benefits, training, performance evaluations, Quality Work
Environment, and other HR-related programs and initiatives. The HR
Generalist enjoys both administrative and creative tasks and can promote
ways to ‘work smarter, not harder’ in the department. This person takes
pride in providing great on-time customer service to all fellow
employees…from the newest entry-level employee to the President/CEO. This
person is dedicated to promoting a friendly and collaborative workplace
culture and to advancing our mission of increased employment and upward
mobility for people who are blind or visually impaired.



Speaking of the mission, Beyond Vision employs people who are blind or
visually-impaired in all business units and on all levels of our growing
company. The HR Generalist role needn’t be an exception – People who are

This position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and cannot be filled
remotely. We do assist with relocation costs and logistics when needed.

*Human Resources Generalist*

position reports to our Sr. Director of Relationships and Business
Services.  Responsibilities include benefits administration, employee

policies as well as local, state, and federal laws.

   - Minimum of three years working in a human resources generalist role.
   - 2- or 4-year degree in business, human resources, management or
   related field.
