[SC-CSTD] Voices

Hey Steve,

First, I figured out why I was not receiving messages from the list so happy
I got that fixed. I did update. The voices are ok. Eloquence is very
responsive but I don't typically use that voice on anything.

The main issue I have is with notifications and the annoying process of
simply opening one.
