Here are a few key points from our updated terms: 

*	We record the video streams between you and the Volunteers you call for safety, quality, and improvement of our services.
*	We’ll periodically send you emails about the goings-on at Be My Eyes. Of course, you can opt out of some of them, but not certain ones, like this, that are transactional or that are about our relationship with you.
*	We securely process, encrypt, and store all data in the United States.
*	If you have any questions or want your personal information removed from our systems, you can always email us at legal at bemyeyes.com <mailto:legal at bemyeyes.com> .

In order to ensure that all of our users are working with the updated agreements, the first time you want to place a call or use Be My AI after September 18, 2023, you’ll be prompted to acknowledge and agree to three important elements of our terms and to accept them, and the updated terms, before continuing to use our services, just like when you first signed up. Of course you will be able to review the terms ahead of time, either by using the links above or the links that will be in the app.
