[Sportsandrec] spinnin with H2O

Okay no shit, it is almost time to quit hammering me about not having a
bottle of water during a spin class. Hail Mary full of grace...
I mostly drank water today to see if I could tell any difference in
performance or freshness and ya know what, I couldn't. In fact, because of
the ggreat lift yesterday and not quite enough sleep, I felt really drained
this morning. I'm sure it was that recently I have changed my workout times
from early morning to afternoon and worked out early this morning and will
this week. Now I will hear about sleep lol. I could have just as easily done
the workout I did today with no water as I did with water. I bet the rest of
you take in too much fluids (smile)
"Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign" Signs Tesla
Love you guys,
JS
