[Sportsandrec] Chess and body fat pct

Joe,

Good luck with your goals.
I don't think 24 percent body fat is bad; about 20 percent is normal. I
also love to eat; I am apple shaped meaning the fat tissue is in my tummy.
So I'm bigger than I'd like. But I do have great legs. My trainer
commented on that; they are a nice shape with a fair amount of muscle and my
calves are like rocks. They are strong from all the walking I did. Anyway,
you were brave to do that test, the skin fold test Kelly and I talked about.
I have not done it but will in the next month probably. So far I did the
one where you hold a device and it measures you with an electric signal.
This method of measuring body fat is less accurate than pinching skin with
calipers.

I'm sure if you have a good diet and consistently workout, you will reach
your goal and bring down your fat percent in no time.

Ashley
