Anita, I agree with ACB that if training lessons are available, you should 
take advantage no doubt. The exercises I suggested came from my abs class at 
the Y. As for not getting hurt, what did my mother used to tell me, "It's 
always fun until someone gets hurt" If it were someone else getting hurt and 
not me, I still thought it was fun.
