[Sportsandrec] Spinning

Ron,

I spin every morning at Ironworks, and would be remiss in not 
thanking Karen Baker, Fred Ackerman, and all the instructors within 
Ironworks' cycling program, for turning me onto spin about a year ago.
I must spin prior to attending class for the day, as it helps me feel 
balanced.
