Yeah, that stair climber is pretty brutal... I did it for like 10
minutes, then decided it was time to go back to Mr. Eliptical...
Something I like to do, (that is if I have a guide runner or not is)
called road work. Basically, you go to a track; you sprint on the
strait-a-ways' then while in the middle of the turns you stop and do a
set of something... Pushups, situps, body-weight squats so on. It's
kind of a strength/conditioning routine all rolled into one, not so
simple, activity.
Danielle, as far as your roomy goes; it's all on her. If she wants to
lose weight bad enough, she'll throw down the cookie and do it! I
don't mean to sound harsh, but sometimes, that's how it goes. :( Diet
without exercise is worthless.
So there's my fitty cents.
