Fellow listors,
I jumped on the scale today and, are you kiddin me! I'm back to two twenty five. So kids, here is the goal, the gauntlet is being tossed down right now. I shall be at two ten by convention. I do not mean to break any rules with this post, I just think it is easier to achieve your goals when you announce them to your supportive community. In summation, 225 today, 210 by 3, July. Believe it!
