Marlon Lopez in the San Jose, CA area is a certified personal trainer. I believe Adnan Gutic has a trainers certification as well, or is working on one.

I have a friend who is blind and is interested in getting certified as a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She asked me recently if I was aware of any other blind people who had done this. She is curious as to how accessible the books and the exam are.
