[Sportsandrec] Introduction, and Call for Advice

Hello Tina,

I hate exercising for exercise sake.  I might have good intentions, but I
get bored and loose interest.

I have found that getting involved in sports that keep you fit while staying
mentally challenging are much more rewarding.  I practice the martial arts,
swim, hike and walk my dogs twice a day.  I have also done cross country
skiing, canoing and skating.

Have you thought about doing judo, karate orBrazilian Jui-jitsu?
