Hey, great progress with the foot. I agree with Bill completely.  Just Keep 
on running around that block and soon you will run further.
Personally, I am very thankful to my oldest brother who introduced me to 
weight lifting when I was eight-years-old in 1977. To this day I continue 
exercising at 24 hour fitness.  I also have a guide dog and we walk 
endlessly to and from work, to do chores and etc etc.  I once had a guidedog 
that would run with me around the track on a regular basis.   Like I 
mensioned before, love them shepherds! I also go to a tenis court and toss a 
goalball, chase it down and turn around and do the same till I run out of 
breath. Great crdo pplus good goalball practice.  I got to keep up with our
