[Sportsandrec] Beep Baseball?

We used to have a team here in OKC and I played for a couple of years.
I never got to go to a World Series though. My first year, I joined
mid season and was too inexperienced to go. My next year, I broke my
leg in a tournament a month before the WS and had to cancel my trip.
The team fizzled out after that which was unfortunate because I was
really getting the hang of it. Anyway, I thought it was a lot of fun
and I had a great time. It definitely wasn't the sad kind of beep ball
you refer too. It was very competitive and required some toughness. I
was covered in bruises the whole time I played. It was great. I
wouldn't play again because I m entirely too injury prone due to my
wacky, loose joints, but I recommend it if you can get a team going.
