Hello Joe. I am in route to getting certified as a personal trainer so I can help you figure out a good routine that is effective and accessible. I would need to know what your goals are. Are you trying to lose fat, build muscle, or just maintain overall good health? Also how often do you intend to workout in the week and with what equipment is available to you?
