Wow, I apologize for how late I am answering.  I got caught up with a lot of college things recently, and I just remembered this message.  THe cert. I am working towards earning is NASM's (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certificate of personal training.  I have no exposure to programs, so I have nothing to compare it too.  Overall though, it is very thorough and I feel that it has given me a strong understanding of the many aspects that go into personal training.  Which certificate(s) did you receive? Sorry again for how late this is, and I hope to hear back from you.

Jason

Hello Joe. I am in route to getting certified as a personal trainer so I can
help you figure out a good routine that is effective and accessible. I would
need to know what your goals are. Are you trying to lose fat, build muscle,
or just maintain overall good health?  Also how often do you intend to
workout in the week and with what equipment is available to you?
