here's a couple vids for anyone interested.
one is my opening deadlift at 500 pounds, the other is a 425 squat for 
my second attempt.
I finished with a 1,350 total in men's raw 40 to 44 age goup at 198lbs.
squat 465, bench 355, deadlift 530
this was my first meet in 3 years, so i'm very excited to be back.
