Hey,

I have done the Insanity program, or, more accurately, done about three
quarters of it and then quit. But, regardless, Bill is correct. It is easy
to follow in the sense that you will know which moves you are supposed to be
doing at which times. But, as far as knowing how to do each move and the
proper form, you will pretty much be on your own. There is a guy named
Charles Lloyd who has a fitness blog where he has fairly extensive
descriptions of each move in each DVD, but they are pretty hit or miss in
terms of both accuracy and understandability. It was a helpful resource
though. You can google it. Unfortunately, what I really had to do is have a
sighted friend look at the DVD with me. The good thing is that the vast
majority of the moves are variations on basics like squats, lunges, pushups,
etc. Your knowledge of common positions and terms will also dictate how easy
you find it to learn. If you know how to do a proper squat, what plank
position is, etc., you will be in a stronger position to figure things out
than if you are starting from square 1.

This said, it is an intense workout and will melt the fat off you if you
push yourself and eat an anywhere close to healthy diet.

Take care,

Sean
