Hey Lillie,
How's your eating? I find that that's the struggle for me. Lots of
vegetables and lean meats if you eat them. Make certain you are drinking the
right amount of water. I have really come to find that energy and health are
often dictated by what I am eating. We get out of our bodies what we put in.
It is a constant battle for me. Rest as much as possible. This aspect is too
often and too easily the one that is overlooked.
