[Sportsandrec] Interval training?

If I am really pressed for time, I will do accelerated cardio sessions during weight training. Basically it's just 30 seconds or so of HIIT between sets. I do jumping jacks, high knees, whatever I can think of while my training partner does her sets and we swap. It works well.
