Good morning, Minh,

You need Spin class, work on an exercise bike. The bike doesn't go 
anywhere. We spin one to two times a day and, I must say, are in good shape.
Then, you don't have to secure pilots, necessary equipment you just 
gotta find a gym that has it. Good luck, Minh! Let us know?
