[Sportsandrec] Cheat meal/ day?

I've definitely heard of diets that work well with days for
binging, though personally I could never pull it off. Something
I recommend reading about is Tim Pharris's Slow Carb Diet, an
amazingly balanced and well timed diet that even requires that
you binge as hard as possible for one day to maximize results,
along with other things, of course. I read about it in The 4
Hour Body. Awesome book, by the way, I'd recommend anyone to
read it.

If a person is really clean six days per week, does anyone have a
thought on cheat day/ meals? Limits? Or, is it better to feed
the crave and be aware to not have them too often?
