You third suggestion was what I was looking for.

Much appreciated.

Blind alive?

What style of yoga is that?

That would be great if you posted the links.

Justin

Hello,
Do you want to have the yoga be in person or online through a video or mayb= e a class online?

If in person, talk to the instructor after you sign up for the class before= starting. I think if they are descriptive about the positions, you could f= ollow it.
You might also want a brief 1:1 session with the instructor at the beginnin= g so they can describe or show you some basic poses.

If it=E2=80=99s a live online class, you could also speak with the instruct= or ahead of time before the class starts. They could perhaps accommodate yo= u by a combo of describing the poses to you on the phone or record some des= criptions and email you the audio file. They might also be willing to write= down some descriptions of the poses with their names, if you ask. This way= when they say downward dog, you know what it means.

Also, I think there are a series of Youtube videos from Blind Alive fitness= that describe the yoga session.
I'll try to find those and post the links.

I am pretty sure there was already some audio described yoga videos out the= re.

HTH,
Ashley
