[stylist] Blind and segregation

Judith,
Not sure what you're saying.  If legislation is worthless and school 
officials aren't going to listen to the parents of blind kids, what is 
your solution?  Are you saying it's hopeless?  I still say that the over 
burdened, uninformed parents who don't currently stand up for the 
teaching of  Braille to their kids will be somewhat supported and 
vallidated by knowing that the law insists upon it.
