well,
if blind people marry other blind people,
then, shockingly, there might be blind kids the result.
[please note, the above is sarcasm]
blindness shouldn't be the only criterion for anybody seeking a 
marriage partner!  and, if there are going to be blind kids, who 
better to raise them than blind adults?
