Just 30? I wish I had that few! Smile. I have around 100 emails a day!
LOL Have you tried switching to digest mode with the listserves? Digest
mode will put all messages together so you receive just one instead of
all of them as individual emails.

Help! I am receiving more than 30 emails a day and am overwhelmed. I
cannot handle this much. Do I need to be taken off the mailing list all
together or is there a condensed version? Would appreciate your
