[stylist] Another story

Hi Sean,

I usually don't read Science fiction, but I love the story.  You kept me
wanting to read more.  The descriptions are great.

I am attaching a story I submitted several years ago to the writer's
contest.

Recently, I used it in a writer's workshop at Balticon (a local science
fiction convention); we read the first few paragraphs of our work; then we
went out and savaged each others stuff in the spirit of constructive
criticism.  As a result, I decided to clean the story up and hope to send it
out to magazines in the near future.
