No, gluten is a protein in certain grains, wheat, rye, barley, ETC. People 
with celiac disease have a big amune response to it and it causes 
inflamation and such.

You can find it in fo-meat, sometimes soy sauce ice cream, katchup. It helps 
make the dough chewy and hold together. Lots of people have a low tollerence 
for it.

You could probably look up lots of info online.
