I'm really into organic food, and Ross and I plan to plant a garden this
spring. This has been an important thing for me, but with kids now, it's
even more important. I really watch food labels and check ingredients as
well as the nutrition info on foods. I cook mostly home-made, from scratch
meals. I've been doing things like making my own soups and even dry onion
soup mix so it doesn't have MSG, GNA, hydronated oils and all that junk. We
buy hormone-free dairy products and meat. I'm considering becoming
vegetarian too, which I almost do now since I don't eat much meat of any
kind. I do a lot of research on this stuff.

So anyway, I won't clutter this list with this stuff either, grin.

Thanks, I'm tickled that yu read it. The story I'm working on now is totally
creepy, but it is a love story nonetheless.

As far as the health and fitness group, we'll be talking and learning about
all sorts of things, not just exercise, nutrition, well being, that sort of
thing. I know this is off topic, so I won't clutter the list with it much,
but we are holding our first meeting tonight on the phone.

We have a yoga practitioner, she has been doing it for 15 years. She is
visually impaired and  is tickled to pieces to do a class. That wil be the
first one, but we'll do things like walking trails, holding each other
accountable. I want to get a body model so folks can actually see where the
organs are, what they look like, a sort of anatamy lesson.

Talk about probiotics, like yogurt, kimchee, kefer, all that stuff.

We have a couple of amature herbalists and a homiopath.
It is great!

I do calanetics, and also something called peak 8, which I'll tell them
about.

I want to get some equipment, and eventually we'll have an exercise center
for people to come and use the equipment.
We have the room just it is being used for something else right now.

I want to bring in someone to teach some basic self defense, and talk about
medatation and energy bodies. All of it!

Oh yeah, and my biggest love, growing their own food!
