[stylist] book publication

   Good afternoon. My first novel has been published through Draft2Digital and is available on iBooks and some of the other digital book publication services. The book is called a song in the heart. One of the options I selected is Create Space. Does it take time for the book to be available on that website? Some of my family and friends would like a paperback version of the book. Will I receive payment if I upload the book to Bookshare? Thank you.
