[Stylist] Fw: Your copy-edited manuscript is ready for your review

Hey. Where my writers at?
OK, check this out. While I held my breath, Tellwell Talent created a clean copy of my novel and a copy with track changes on.
They also sent me a pdf of their manuscript guidelines.
The pdf opens and I can read it after a fashion.
But the two Word documents are impossible for me to open. 
Tellwell has never worked with a blind author, and they always seem to send me things I can’t access.
Naturally, I was not too thrilled at not being able to open up either Word document, particularly the track changes one.
Plus, in the attachment to this message is the email, which details further work I’ll have to do when it comes time for layout and images.
I wonder if anyone would be willing to try to open the Word documents and see if you get the same error.
If so, maybe you know how to fix that?
