Jennifer
I would vote for "Bot to"; I think it bespeaks the Holy subject matter.

Subject: [Stylist] question about wording in line of my acrostic poem in progress
Hello,
Does "bow to" or "laid below" sound better as in more specific?
Word of Father humbly breathed divine life into silent night, kings laid below Holy infant with frankincense, gold, and myrrh, shepherds proclaimed birth, angels announced "Glory to God in the highest"
Emmanuel walked with His sheep through valleys, protected Elisha from large army surrounding city with chariots during darkness, showed prophet's servant chariots of fire, multitude of heavenly mightiest
Thank you,
Jennifer Applegate
