[TAGS] call for applications, Baltimore ArtScape

Hello Everyone.

The artists on this list might be interested in the call for
applications for Artscape.  It's a free festival happening in
Baltimore each July.  I'm not affiliated with the festival, but I
think that a case could be made for including tactile art in the
categories for clay and mixed media.
