Hello,

The link below is to an article in Science Daily about adding a
tactile dimension to virtual reality technology.  The technique is in
the early stages of development, and the article mentions uses in
gaming.  However, I think the approach might have the potential to add
a tactile component to virtual reality experiences now being designed
for use in museums or other educational settings.
