[Tall-Corn] IDB update

I wanted to make sure everyone knows what has happened at IDB. This past
month, two managers are no longer employed at IDB , including the Center
Director as of earlier this past week. Additionally, several employees have
left the agency or are applying for other employment because of the toxic
environment and feeling intimidated and demoralized. 

A number of employees are wondering what, if anything, they can do. If an
employee asks you for help, you can give them the attached accessible
employee relations complaint form. It can also be found on the Department of
Administrative services webpage, but it is an inaccessible file. This should
be completed and sent from their personal email address, mailed in or hand
delivered. 

You can also let them know that  NFBI is working on other  ways to save IDB.
