the program manager has created an excel spread sheet with the class
period down one side, and the students name across the top, and in the
cordinent say for joe smith first hour he types in the class, and
instructor, if it is a class that has multiple instructors.
we schedule in a group meeting, and the sighted staff members have a
copy of the blank spread sheet, and hand write information in with
pencil. I tend to keep a slate and stylus with me, and as I get
someone in my class I write it down for myself, joe smith, 2nd hour...
If i forget, or am not present in the scheduling meeting, which
happens sometimes, I refer to the spread sheet on our shared network
drive. It does take a little bit of time to sort through and pick out
my own schedule, but it's accessible to me.
