Jim,
After opening a new message, hit shift tab to the To Button, and hit space
bar. Then, tab until you find the list of all of your contacts and hit
control A. Then, tab until you hit the ok button, and activate it. All of
your contacts will then be placed in the TO field.

Subject: [Trainer-talk] Outlook question
Howdy,
I've got Outlook 2010. I am going to need to send a message to everyone in
my list of contacts and wondered if there was a way of doing this all at
once without needing to create a distribution list. If I can't do it via my
contacts list, can I do it via my address book?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Jim
