[Trainer-talk] Disappearing email

Hi everyone,
Personally, I have never heard of this but frankly, with my limited knowledge, that is not saying much. A client, who is far away, says that each day, when he receives emails, the next day he cannot find them anywhere. He says they are just gone! If anyone has any ideas about how this might be happening, please let me know. He is using Outlook on a windows 7 laptop. He has an older desk top running XP and Outlook Express which is running all right.
