[Trainer-talk] Disappearing email

My first guess is that well trained Alaskan gremlins are to blame. My second guess is that this person is collapsing the emails within the list view. This is easily solved by placing the focus of attention on the necessary item (ie, yesterday or two weeks) and pressing right arrow to display the emails. This person most likely pressed left arrow at some point.
