Hello,

 

I  am using MOS 2013 and have gotten this message from time to time if I
close Outlook and want to go back to it later. Has anyone seen this? Do I
report this to SF or Microsoft?

C:\Users\1\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\AOL.ost is in use and cannot be
accessed. Close any application that is using this file, and then try I
again. You might need to restart your computer.
