[Trainer-talk] Has Anyone Seen This Message?

I don't know what that particular file is but a few things come to mind.
First, have you tried going on Google to see if this particular message 
has been documented and discussed on other Web sites, such as Microsoft's.
also, have you tried going into task manager to see if this file is 
actually running?  The quickest way to do this is to press 
shift-ctrl-escape and go to the Processes tab.  If you see the file when 
Outlook has been closed, go to the "end task" button, close it and then 
try running Outlook again and see if it opens without giving you the 
error message.
