Keyboard shortcuts for Twitter. I would imagine that many of these won't 
work with your screen reader's browse mode enabled. Also, I can't say 
much about these as I usually use Twitterific for iOS and the Easychirp 
Web site for Windows to access Twitter. Still, folks who want to use the 
keyboard with twitter.com may find this of interest.
