Thanks to Dean Martineau's top Tech Tidbits for this info.  The note 
below is my writing but I might not have been alerted to this had it not 
been for TTT.
I’ve just been alerted to a relatively new Web site called VoiceOver
Easy. It contains tutorials for users of voiceover and contains
separate modules for both the iPhone as well as for the iPad. I haven’t
perused these tutorials in depth but the site will likely prove to be a
valuable resource.
