Hi,

I would also like to read these answers and know if any ticket tracking software is easier to script/use than others.
Thanks,
Bryan Schulz

Subject: [Trainer-talk] Call center experiences?

Hi all, this is a crossposting from another mailing, so if you seen it before… Sorry for the duplication :-)
I am looking for as much information as possible, and experiences, helping place clients in call centers.
I have not done this for several years, I want to make sure I have the most up-to-date information possible.
The specific call center that I will be working with, I have limited information about at this time.
My general questions are:
Which headsets are working with screenreader users, preferably to split the sound from the computer to one ear and the phone to the other.
I already have information for the Plantronics SMH78311 from Maxi aids
Also, is there additional training materials and tutorials out there for using the Avaya soft phone systems? I understand that the 508 compliance in this particular system is excellent, however I'm struggling to find documentation on how to enable or disable accessibility features, and generally support the information technology team at the call center, as well as , the specifics for usingJAWS
Thank you in advance for any resources, and experiences
