As long as you can get from one floor, or set of presentation rooms, to another… The volunteers at those doors will help you find the right room. More often than not, they are not able to walk with you as they are supposed to be checking badges at their doors… However, I found that if I asked for information along the lines of… Is room such and such be one or two doors down? I would get an extremely helpful volunteers :-)
I also found myself buddy up with others who were more familiar with, or had access to maps. It is amazing how helpful everyone is, not just the volunteers.
I hope that helps.

They ran out because they took the numbers to print, from registration, got that amount, and then gave them out to first come first serve. So, people who hadn't reserved one, got it anyway, and they ran out. I hope they have a better system this year!

I found that the orientation given by the hotel was not very helpful, and they also ran out of brailled maps. One service I didn't take advantage of was the volunteers. Will they walk around with you, or do they remain at their posts? Are they CSUN employees, or regular hotel staff?
