[Trainer-Talk] certification question

I am told that the first test is relatively easy, and the second is
more difficult. If you are trying to break in to the field, having
the certification would probably help until you have more experience.
I haven't yet seen any jobs where it was a requirement, but we will
probably eventually see that.
