Greg, in Android Land, there are quite a large number of toys to choose
from; as such, there's no ONE-SIZE FITS ALL!  Which phone dialer app, for
example, comes with your client's toy?  Also, which Android version runs on
your client's toy?  

I think knowing the answers to the foregoing will be a good start.  Perhaps
it might be possible to install a different dialer on your client's toy, but
until I know a bit more, I'll hold of for now.

Lastly, pardon me for electing to use the word "toy".  A buddy of mine and I
generally label these devices and gadgets as technology toys or TOYS for
short.  All that aside, with any luck, there will be help for your client.
