[Trainer-Talk] Accessible Screen Capture Software

Hi all,
Is anyone using an accessible screen capture software? I'm wanting to record demos that include screen reader speech, my voice, and what is happening on the screen. I'm primarily looking for Windows software but would also be interested in iOS and OSX.

I have seen Camtasia mentioned but the VPAT on the TechSmith website indicates that not all features are accessible using the keyboard only.

Any leads would be appreciated.
