Jim. I don't think so as another person I know saw images of penguins on a
work computer in 2016. It sounds like a logo for one of the PC
manufacturers--possibly Lenovo?

If this is Windows 10, and the reports of penguins are relatively new, maybe
this is today's lock screen image?
